Sean was born and raised in Southern California.  His love of cooking developed at an early age, and whenever his mother couldn't find him, all she had to do was check the kitchen!

Chef Sean started his style of culinary art by studying at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He also specialized in the area of Wine by attending the American Culinary Institute in Yountville, on the border of Napa.

2006 - The Noble Grape in Wailea, Maui - This food and wine fundraiser, which also includes a silent auction, benefits students at the Maui Culinary Academy and is dedicated to the advancement of cuisine and dining in the islands. Noble Grape is a noble cause, said Chris Speere, director of research and development at the academy. This is evident in the caliber of local chefs who come out each year to support the event, giving generously of their time and serving signature dishes.
